Our therapists are not available for individual sessions further north than Albany or further south than Papakura town centre.
Pampered on Location Limited - Bookings Policy
Please ensure that all the details provided to Pampered on Location are accurate and correct.
A $50 deposit is required for Pamper Party bookings.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
A minimum spend requirement per party of $80 applies.
You must register for monthly special offers at time of booking to be eligible.
Pamper Party 'Treatment Combos' cannot be shared with another person.
If you cancel an appointment giving less than (48) hours notice to Pampered on Location Limited, we reserve the right to charge you up to 100% of the total value of the therapies booked.
Pampered on Location reserve the right to request a 50% deposit on bookings exceeding the value of $100.
Pampered on Location reserve the right to hold credit card details for all pamper party bookings until such time as all payments owed to Pampered on Location have been received.
Pampered on Location's therapists may leave any venue if it is not safe or suitable, or if any clients act inappropriately.
Pampered on Location's therapists will arrive at your venue 15 - 20 minutes prior to commencing therapies.
Any parking costs incurred will be charged directly to the customer.
Please ensure that you are ready to begin receiving your therapies at the appointment time or we reserve the right to charge for additional time at a rate of $40 per hour per therapist on a pro-rata basis.
Although we accept payments from individuals at parties, any individual payments that result in dishonoured cheques or declined credit cards will be charged to the hostess/organizers credit card without notice.
Pampered on Location reserve the right to review our pricing and treatment selection at anytime. (bookings that are pending and made prior to any changes will not be affected).
Pampered on Location vouchers and treatment letters are valid for 12 months only from the date of purchase and/or validation date. Any extensions are at the sole discretion of Pampered on Location Limited.
All offers, treatments & services apply only to the New Zealand market.

If a treatment or product is defective you have five (5) days to contact us and advise us of the problem.

Pampered on Location reserve the right to fix the defect.

Making a booking or purchasing goods from Pampered on Location is acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of GST.
Due to the fact that we are mobile there will be times when the therapists may be running late because of traffic congestion and other circumstances beyond our control. It is very important to us that we reach you at the agreed time but in the event we may be running late we sincerely hope you understand.
