How do I book my pamper party?
  • Organising a pamper party is fun and easy. Once you have decided to do it simply tell us when and where you will be hosting your pamper party, if you have a time limit and an idea of the number of people attending that will be having treatments. We recommend that you book at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure your first preference is available all though at times we are able to take booking on short notice.

Do I pay a deposit?

  • We require a $50 deposit to secure you pamper party due to the high demand we have for bookings. (To view our full terms & conditions visit 'our policies' by clicking on the link. The deposit can be made by credit card over the phone or sending a cheque and is deducted from the balance owing on the day. Once you have paid your deposit your booking is confirmed and you will be issued with your own private 'party page' on our website where you can send out e-invitations to your guests.

  How does "My Party Page" work?

  • Once the booking is confirmed we will send you a link to your own Pamper Party page on our website called "my party" from here you can edit the page with all the relevent details for your party, including date, time & location. You can then go through and input guests email addresses and send them a personalised e-invite to the party. Once they click "accept" they will be taken through to the page and can then go through and edit their details and select their treatments for the day. This saves you as the hostess having to chase up these details which can be very time consuming.

Is there a minimum cost involved?

  • Apart from our minimum spend requirement of $80 for the entire group (this is collective, not individual) we don't have a minimum spend requirement for individual guests. Your guests are welcome to have as many or few treatments as they like. We do not require that every guest have a treatment. Our pamper parties are flexible and designed to be fun and stress free. Minimum numbers do however apply on some of our pre-teen & teen pamper party packages.(Refer to Pre-teen & Teen pamper party pages for guidelines)

Do we have to buy anything on the day?

  • No. These are not a product or party plan event; it is simply a group of friends getting together and being pampered. End of story.

Do we have to have a package or combo?

  • No. You and your guests are welcome to choose from our main treatment menu. If you would like to choose from our Treatment Combos we require a minimum of 3 people to *participate (*have at least one treatment each at the party from either).

Do I have to provide anything on the day?

  • Our therapists arrive with all the equipment necessary to provide the treatments selected by you and your guests. From massage and manicure tables to linen and towels. The only things we require you to provide is an area to work in, water, and chairs for manicures.

What should we wear?

  • Whatever you are comfortable in. If guests are having massage, waxing or facial treatments they will be required to remove certain garments, however towels and linen are provided for modesty purposes.

When will the therapists arrive?

  • Our therapists will arrive approx 15 - 20mins prior to the booking time. This allows enough time to set up the area. Due to other bookings we may have on the day your guests must be ready to start receiving their treatments at the booked time.

How do we pay on the day?

  • We accept cash and most major credit cards on the day.
