Fundraising & Charity Event Pamper Parties
We have been approached on many occasions to support fundraising and charity events. Pampered on Location loves being involved with any worthy cause so we have created a fabulous concept to help raise funds for your organisation.

Fundraising Pamper Parties are ideal for

Pamper Parties have become extremely popular as they are a great excuse to catch up with friends, enjoy some well deserved pampering, and now generate much needed funds.

A ' Pamper Zone' can be set up in a classroom, staff room, library or clubroom with little or no disruption to normal activities. We are available during weekdays, evenings and weekends.

We will work with you to create a bookings schedule with available times depending on demand. Each schedule will have a limit on numbers for that particular time slot. The time slots will be staggered on the hour to avoid waiting around and queues.

Pampered on Location will provide several therapists dependant on the number of interested parents. We can cater to very large numbers if the demand is there.

The participants can choose from several options, which are provided at a special rate.

  • The organisation gets a commission for every package sold and a cheque for the full amount is presented on the day.
  • Minimum of 15 bookings required. (This is a very achievable number)
  • Morning, afternoon or evening pamper party options available.
  • Pampered on Location will provide all equipment and product on the day.
  • Each participating club/organisation/school will be given a gift pack of the 'Pampered on Location Body Care Range’ to use toward raffles or other prizes.

Our suggestions for making the event a huge success
  • You can't sell a secret! We suggest letting parents, members and the community know about the fundraiser through school newsletters, handing out flyers at the local supermarket, announcements at other events or starting a phone grape-vine where each parent phones another and so on…
  • It is imperative to give as much notice as possible to potential participants to ensure they have time to organise babysitter's or work in with their schedules.
  • If the committee has room in the budget, refreshments are a nice touch.
  • Getting students and members involved with decorating the area or serving non-alcoholic beverages will add a fun flavour to the event.
  • It is recommended you have a small area sectioned off (moveable screens are fine) for massage, as the participant will need to remove upper garments.
How it will work on the day
  • Our therapists will arrive around 20 minutes early to set up the area and various pamper stations.
  • As participants arrive they are greeted and offered a complimentary beverage (optional-provided by the organisation) and seated before being called for their first treatment.
  • Each time slot will have a certain number of bookings available with a matching number of therapists, each treatment takes approximately the same amount of time and parents will move on to the next therapist once their treatment finishes (rotation system)

We recommend you book at least 1 month in advance to secure your preferred date and allow enough time to properly market the event. We are available to assist you in organising the event and will email you a marketing pack to maximise the organisations fund raising potential.
